  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days after refund initiation
  • UPI: 3-5 business days after refund initiation
  • Wallets: 3-5 business days after refund initiation

Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Only some items in your order are damaged or incorrect
  • Products show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
  • Products are returned without all original packaging materials
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a refund upon return according to this policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. If the payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a refund for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
