Refund and Cancellation Policy
Eruvaka Foods Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy:
-Eruvaka Foods wants you to love every product you buy, and has therefore established policies to assist customers when something isn't right.
Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order is shipped by contacting us immediately.
-Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
-Eruvaka Foods may cancel an order due to: Product unavailability, Incorrect pricing, Payment issues, or Fraudulent transactions. You will be notified and refunded promptly.
Return and Refund Policy:
-Eruvaka Foods does not accept returns for items that have been opened or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons (especially with consumable food items). Opened or used consumable products are non-returnable.
Returns are accepted only if the customer establishes that:
-The product is damaged or defective.
-You received the wrong item.
-The product is spoiled on arrival (with proof).
-To initiate a return, you must contact Eruvaka Foods within 2 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number and reason for return.
Products must be unused, unopened and in original condition to be eligible for return. Items returned after the 2-day window or damaged due to customer mishandling are non-returnable.
In case of any Refunds approved by Eruvaka Foods, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days once the returned product is received and inspected.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI
