REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Eruvaka Foods, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately via phone or email.
- Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product listing errors on the Website
- Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transaction
- Delivery is not feasible to your location
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or SMS, and a full refund will be processed promptly.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer after delivery
- Products returned after the specified return window
2.2 Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered)
- The product is spoiled or compromised on arrival
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2.3 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via email or phone.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging as evidence.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
- If the return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. You will be asked to provide your bank account or UPI details.
3.2 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, such as when only some items in a multi-item order are affected, or when the product shows minor issues that do not warrant a full refund.
3.3 Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item).
4. Replacements
Where feasible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Replacements are subject to product availability and will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
