Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to locations across India. Shipping availability may vary based on your location and product type. Please enter your PIN code during checkout to verify if we deliver to your area.

We do not currently ship internationally. All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities in India.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation through Razorpay.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day
Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or local restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500 for select locations. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

Packaging

We take special care in packaging our food products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

  • Food-grade packaging materials are used for all products
  • Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate cooling materials
  • Fragile items are packed with extra cushioning
  • All packages are sealed securely to prevent tampering
Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. We recommend providing a contact number where you can be reached during delivery hours.

Failed Delivery

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, you may be charged for re-shipping. Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please take photos of any damaged packaging or products as evidence for your claim.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address.
