SHIPPING POLICY

Eruvaka Foods is committed to delivering your orders promptly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery terms, timelines, and charges.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted logistics and courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of checkout, you will be notified accordingly. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS containing your tracking details.
- Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote and rural areas: 5–8 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary depending on the logistics partner and location-specific factors.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹799.
- For orders below ₹799, standard shipping charges will apply as calculated and displayed during checkout.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on our logistics partner’s website to monitor the real-time status of your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit. We use food-safe, tamper-proof packaging materials. For fragile or premium items, additional protective packaging is used to maintain product integrity.
7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
- Our logistics partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts at the shipping address provided.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts (due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept), the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- In such cases, shipping charges for the return and re-delivery (if requested) may be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
8. Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays and festivals, logistics or transportation disruptions, government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns, and high-volume sale periods. We appreciate your patience in such situations and will keep you updated on the status of your order.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, with missing items, or in compromised packaging, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
